Let me start by telling a story to inspire you…
My transformation started with a one-way ticket to Bali in 2019.
I still recall sitting at my tiny kitchen table and thinking to myself,
“I gotta get out of this place!“
At the time I was working 12 hours a day as a food delivery driver.
Spending $1,500 per month on rent for a 3-bedroom house with roommates.
I was unhappy and stressed out about my future of just surviving in Austin TX.
So I bought that one-way ticket to an uncertain future and didn’t look back.
After a few months in Bali, I flew to Singapore and then onward to Phuket.
This was shortly before the surreal pandemic locked down world travel.
Borders closed, international flights canceled, and immigration policies eased.
I made the conscious decision to stick it out & stay in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Even while many of my new friends were getting cold feet and running home…
I was determined to go all in on my passion for travel, adventure, and novelty.
Needless to say, it wasn’t always easy. Few things worth doing in life are easy.
Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. If I can do it, you can too!
